Culinary Nutritionist and Plant Based Chef
Kenneth Moore, born and raised Chicago native, is our head chef here at Above and Beyond. After attending Iowa University while studying culinary arts, Kenneth worked at several restaurants as well as hotels becoming increasingly passionate about the craft of food and cuisine.
As Kenneth is highly skilled in the kitchen and practices cooking dishes of all kinds, while he is here at Above and Beyond he makes sure all of his meals are 100% plant based. His passions include providing individuals exceptional service whether that is with his cooking, uplifting energy, nutritional value or anything in between. Kenneth believes love is the most important ingredient.
